A Tradition Born from Love & a Mother's Touch
I'm 42 years old, and for the past 15 years, cleaning wasn't just work — it was time with my mother. Side by side, room by room, we built something that went far beyond spotless floors and shining countertops. It was how we connected. It was our language.

My mother had a deep, genuine need for cleanliness. What some might call OCD, I came to see as a gift — a standard of care that most people never experience. She taught me that there is no such thing as "good enough" when it comes to cleaning. Every corner matters. Every surface tells a story. If it's worth cleaning, it's worth cleaning right.
Working together all those years wasn't always easy — but it was always meaningful. We laughed in kitchens that weren't ours, took pride in bathrooms that gleamed, and left every space better than we found it. Those years gave me more than experience. They gave me a purpose.
In Memory of My Mother
Two years ago, I lost my mother — my partner, my teacher, and my biggest cheerleader. The grief was real, and it was deep. But the one thing that helped me through was returning to the work we did together. Every home I clean, I carry her with me. Her eye for detail. Her dedication. Her joy in the result.
CleaningTyme is my way of honoring that. It is the continuation of a tradition that she and I built together with our hands and our hearts.
